Outsourced Rain?

Ann Althouse, posting on Instapundit.com, cites a report on the turn out for a Kerry campaign stop.

[A] radio news report at noon said that there were over 11,000 people at the Bush rally. Immediately after that report, they went to a reporter at the outdoor rally for Kerry, where Bon Jovi was going to perform before Kerry's appearance. The reporter said, and this is a direct quote, "There are literally hundreds of people here in this two-block area." Now, it's true, it was drizzly, and it was an outdoor rally... but "hundreds" of people is all he could manage, even with Bon Jovi? Wow.

No doubt Kerry will blame the rain on some imagined Bush outsourcing.

Kerry's Discharge Is Questioned by an Ex-JAG Officer

Thomas Lipscomb methodically builds the case in todays New York Sun that Kerry must have received an "Other than Honorable Discharge."

The "honorable discharge" on the Kerry Web site appears to be a Carter administration substitute for an original action expunged from Mr. Kerry's record, according to Mark Sullivan, who retired as a captain in the Navy's Judge Advocate General Corps Reserve in 2003 after 33 years of service as a judge advocate. Mr. Sullivan served in the office of the Secretary of the Navy between 1975 and 1977.

It will be interesting to see if the MSM attempts to bury this or actually raises the heat on Kerry to come clean with the American people.
